I work with women who are navigating the complex landscape of trauma, grief, dissociation, shame, fear, or a deep disconnection from themselves. Many people come to me feeling fragmented or unsure of who they are beneath the roles they have had to play. Some are moving through life transitions, relational ruptures, or the ache of not feeling fully at home in their own bodies.

My practice draws from trauma-informed, somatic, ritual-based, and creative approaches, including counselling and coaching, talk therapy, the Focusing technique, parts work, art-making, narrative practices, embodied movement, and mindfulness, to support reconnection with self. I am particularly attentive to the nervous system, to the language of the body, and to the ways survival strategies once served a purpose.

Together, we work in a way that respects your pace and needs, allowing safety and trust to unfold gradually rather than forcing change. I see healing as both tender and courageous work. Within the depths, what can feel like endings or deaths of old selves, there is space for rebirth: compassion, clarity, and purpose.

Our work is not about fixing, but about meeting what is already here with curiosity. I help clients gently explore their experiences, tend to the parts that feel exiled or stuck, and find meaning in what they are moving through. Over time, this can restore a sense of agency, embodiment, and connection, to self, to others, and to life itself.
